I thought one of the things that net neutrality was supposed to protect us from, was ISP's pulling shit like charging extra for various content access.

Then I found this this morning.

Comment below don't really help me grasp WTF, but that image to me is pretty damning of NN, if that's what NN looks like.

Looks like there is a loophole for mobile carriers offering semi-flatrates.

But see Indonesia for a country without NN.
