Apparently the heat is supposed to work nonstop all at times. Even though nothing has changed from last year or any other year. Even though the tenants never work. Ever. This year the heaters are supposed to be pumping out that free heat 100% of the time. So I stop what I'm doing and drive down to check on the bitter fucking cold apartment. Surprise surprise it's 70 fucking degrees in this retards apartment. And she has an attitude. Real nasty like it's my fault she's this dumb. I can feel the heat off the things from 2 feet away but IT'S COLD. To make matters worse I explain how the heat system works. That between a small range of degrees the boiler will be in rest mode. Like she is all day every day. It will be resting. Only difference is the boiler will start to work again soon. She will always be useless.
