I'm generally grumpy.
I refer to most of my coworkers as kids, regardless if they're older than me.

standing desk that is adjustable to either position kinda works for me but getting up and walking around every half hour for 5 min works best I've found. adds about an hour to time spent at work but I'm overall less stressed at the end of the day.
I work on my feet for the most part. There is a position that allows sitting the whole shift but the chairs are cheap and not particularly suited for comfort.
A life of bad posture and a handful of torn muscles and various injuries. Probably exasperated by inactivity and more bar posture on the computer.
