While browsing in an OP Shop/Thrift store I saw this little beauty sitting on the shelf for $1.50. https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/191439/lint-shaver-fabric-care

As you can see these things are usually 10 dollars or more, so I grabbed that little phukker(came with two new batteries as well) and headed to the counter. The volunteer ladies looked at me dubiously and told me flat out that it would take me forever to get the lint off my jacket with it and that it was basically useless. I would be better off going to pick up a lint brush. I told them that I tried the brush and it wasn't dislodging the lint properly. They said that was weird and I should try using a bra bag. Obviously I had no idea these existed but the other name for them is a laundry delicates bag. You can get a few types of these but some of them are designed to pack in large fleece items and stop lint getting on them in the wash.

The ladies were wrong about the shaver it works quite well although it did take about ten minutes each item.
