That requirement is to make a new sub, not to transfer one. Well just remove me and leave it with no mods, I don't want the sub.

I know, but if there is a rule to stop new users from creating subs, shouldn't it also mean that new users can't mod subs at all? It defeats the purpose of the rule.

I think it's fine really the point of it was, to me, stoping the creation of excess subs, especially ones that will be abandoned.

This is skirting around the rules but no breaking it.

That's one of the good points of the rule, but I think we should also have something that makes better mods. Using the site for a while should be a requirement to mod a sub.

Modding new subs also means that you're going to have to post content too, or nobody will find the sub. If we have a lvl 5 requirement for modding a sub, we are going to have more mods on subs that actually post content, rather than just sitting on it and not contributing.
