Would like to see some source on this. He did seem to be aware of things that were only made public after his revelations though, although yes, I do think he embellished a fair amount and some of his stories seem to go against all standard protocols about top secret sites e.g. not being strictly on a need-to-know basis.

Where to begin...
- the burden of proof is on Lazar to prove his claims, not on us to prove he is a hoax. What evidence confirms his claims?
- predicting that flights/lights appear outside a military base at regular times isn't that impressive since he could have done that by observing flights on the outside. Plus, predicting that for his wife and accomplices isn't the strongest and most compelling evidence
- predicting that element 115 exists is completely useless. It's like predicting that that there is a red that is "redder" than the most red red you've seen. There is, however, no evidence to support the gravity wave properties he claims about this element
- all of his credentials have been disproved, and there is no indication that he has a solid understanding of physics
- as for a source, I can't tell you what the best on is. After reading the wiki though, what part of this story sounds believable? Occam's razor does not land on his side of strange tales
