The only real solution for this is transgender leagues. Especially for contact and combat sports, there's just no way you can argue it is fair competition.

I remember Joe Rogan talking about that one time. Fallon Fox, a born man, who became a transgender woman, had entered a woman's division and ended up fighting two women and beating the shit of them before anyone realized that Fox was born a man And it was incredibly obvious that all her advantages were biological - in terms of technique she was lacking compared to her opponents.

During Fox's fight against Tamikka Brents, Brents suffered a concussion, an orbital bone fracture, and seven staples to the head in the 1st round. After her loss, Brents took to social media to convey her thoughts on the experience of fighting Fox: “I've fought a lot of women and have never felt the strength that I felt in a fight as I did that night. I can’t answer whether it’s because she was born a man or not because I’m not a doctor. I can only say, I’ve never felt so overpowered ever in my life and I am an abnormally strong female in my own right,” she stated. “Her grip was different, I could usually move around in the clinch against other females but couldn’t move at all in Fox’s clinch…”

I looked around a bit, and found a few instances where it sounded like some transgender scientists/doctors were saying that there should be no biological advantage after hormone therapy and all that. But I am extremely dubious about that claim, and think it's more likely they have an agenda to push.

That woMan is having her rights violated! Reeeeeeeee!
Forget about the rights of all the women in the league who don't want to get steamrolled by a moose, we must think of this woMan and only this woMan.

I think what some people don't get is that nobody gives a shit what 'gender' anyone is. None of us should have to care, unless we want to date them.
What we want to know, for sports, bathrooms, and other, is a persons sex.

This person is of the male sex.
I don't care what their gender is.
Male sex should not compete against the female sex in physical competition. It would not be fair to those of the female sex.

This bothers me more then anything about this. It's clearly an unfair advantage, if not plain cheating and goes against anything sports are about. The term biological doping comes to mind!

I'd also argue that the transgender has made a choice to "change sex" and hence creates this situation. You could always be a proffessional and wait with operations untill after your career or just do it and stay in men's sports.

They should probably start dividing leagues by 'XX' and 'XY' instead of 'male' and 'female'.
Nobody seems to know what male/female means anymore, but we can all agree on genetics.

I'd interpret it as "born as" men's sports so yeah genetics, not fee fees.

I've been hearing "I was born in the wrong body" a lot from the transgender corner wich basically justifies our points.

Good call, let "her" play with the men. "she" might feel female but "she" doesn't have the physicals of a female. I'd be pretty pissed if I was a woman competing and you would have to play against these unfair circumstances.

I hope they uphold this ruling for further seasons.
