this doucher doesnt know shit about rocket science. he was wrong about what caused the explosion, wrong about the notion that nasa wouldnt do this - they are deeply involved in the safety checking of private rockets, wrong in his analysis of how to better recover rockets... at least he was able to google the basic science to trick people into thinking his video was a legitimate analyzation

You are talking about a guy with a PHD who works in the fields of chemistry, physics and nuclear physics.

But hey, do tell us how you know more than he does.

ok, i trust in nasa and spacex's ability to analyze the significant amounts of data that they record to find the actual problem and find an actual solution to that problem. something you would expect someone with a phd would understand and to be able to do as well but hey, never confuse education with intelligence.

phuck off back to voat with your editorialized titles and baits.

significant amounts of data that they record

Spacex didn't even record their own failed launch. What are you talking about?

lol

Also, why would you trust them to analyze anything. When they blow up their own very expensive rocket and someone else's very expensive payload because they neglected to consider well documented lessons learned from decades ago.

A lot more massive failures like this are in their future. Elon is a subsidy whore and paypal scammer, who managed to convince people that humans will be living on Mars in 6 years and that we'll be using they hyperloop for transportation, all because he has neat cars and a few successful rocket launches under his belt.

We need to defund this asshole and all his lunatic schemes.

I disagree.

SpaceX and all that has done something wonderful that space agencies haven't been able to accomplish since the 60's. Getting people excited for space exploration.

No one who understands the science actually believes we'll be living in mars in 10 years time. But it sure does wonders to grab the publics attention.

Perhaps this will encourage more kids to study astrophysics and advanced engineering in hopes to one day participate on these projects.

This is some cutting edge stuff that has one hell of a learning curve (It's not like it's rocket science or anything). With all these unknowns and variables, there's bound to be mistakes made. But as long they learn, fix and improve than there's no stopping the progress to the stars.

this is the legitimate reason why spacex sucks (& thanks for using the disagree button so hard)
