I believe there is some debate over whether launches have any kind of real impact on the ozone layer, but it would be difficult to measure what it does on the ground. I imagine effects would be extremely minimal due to how infrequent launches are.

What about the fuel contamination around the launch site?

Briefly Googling it, there isn't a great deal about it. Apparently components found in rocket fuel have been found in water before, but apart from that, who knows.

This paper will have an assessment on the impact of rockets on the ozone layer, but it isn't finished yet and isn't really that relevant.
