What's with the Guardian? Are they unable to make a truthful headline rather than a sensationalized and misleading one?
It is not 'will crash to Earth'. It's not a 'crash' if there is no impact. and there is no 'will' only a 'maybe, but probably not'. It will probably burn up on reentry. There is only a very small chance that some debris might make it to the ground. The chances of it hitting anything is extremely unlikely.

But the Guardian is going with the chicken-little headline of 'The Sky is Falling'.
Not surprising for them, but getting a bit old.
