Stare at them too long? Suspicios.

Don't look at them at all? Suspicious.

Cop lights in your mirror? All of the attention.

Cop lights on the side of the road? Only enough attention to not be a hazard. But not too much to be a rubber necker.

If you slowly walk up to a cop and seductively wrap your hands around their waist, they'll probably assault and arrest you. What kind of crap is that?
