Abnormal weather patterns in the upper atmosphere over Antarctica dramatically limited ozone depletion in September and October, resulting in the smallest ozone hole observed since 1982

Some of the older pics had hard edges and more centered over Antarctica. I looks like it has soft and wispy edges and moved a bit from the wind. The color patterns may not reflect the actual boundaries. The graphic is definitely a bit misleading.
