Whatever you do don’t look up:

  • carbon nanotubes

  • silicon dioxide nanoparticles

  • gold nanoparticles under radio frequency excitation

  • tungsten oxide nanoparticles

Nah, it doesn’t take much and gold nanoparticles are cheap. It really doesn’t take much. Saw an article a while back where they injected AuNPs into a tumor and pumped with RF(13.56MHz I think). Basically cooks the tumor.

For a full day, Schmitt suffered from what he described as "lunar hay fever." His eyes watered, his throat throbbed, and he broke into a sneezing fit.

"Fit." Why were any of them allowed to return to Earth?

Back in those days they used to put them in quarantine for weeks after they returned, as I recall.

It could be catastrophically unfortunate if whatever they were exposed to had a life expectancy longer than a few weeks, just like humans' life expectancy.
