I made this recipe myself. They cookies were really soft and not too sweet. I also appreciate the higher amount of vanilla used in this recipe compared to others. I actually plan on making this again really soon. :3

That's true. But I always forget to buy it. Even when I have a shopping list, I forget it. :(

I usually always keep it on hand, I try to substitute white sugar with brown whenever I can.
