Cabbage, onion, mushroom and beef sound like a good start. Sauerkraut and pork tenderloin would probably also be really good. I don't have a lot of easy access to gamey meat where I am, but I'm hoping to remedy that in a year or so.

Go for it, they look like the perfect lunch roll. Start early with the baking and smell that deliciousness. What would you have on it?
