I can't believe I never thought of cutting the chicken breast that way whenever I make a similar recipe. I have just always pounded the breast with a rubber mallet, then put in some provolone and asparagus twigs, rolled and then put some tomato sauce on top. This way would roll so much better!

We're getting close to being done with leftovers. Might be enough left for lunch for 2 people, but that's combining leftovers from 3 different meals - corn & black bean quesadillas, turkey and pork tenderloin
