Just to be clear, I'm not a professional "quote maker". I'm just an atheist teenager who greatly values his intelligence and scientific fact over any silly fiction book written 3,500 years ago. That being said, I am open to any and all criticism.

I haven't seen that excerpt by Newton before. Bunch of verbose crap if you ask me, but then again I am an uninitiated troglodyte who seeks spiritual salvation through broccoli memes. So what can I say?
The story of John Dee is incredible. I found out about him after spending an entire summer reading about goetia and solomon's magick. Didn't he convince his partner to let him bone his wife or something? Medieval cuckery at its finest!

John Dee and Aleister Crowley both had agreements (kind of formal, actually) with their wives for such magical workings (look up the first half of Donald Tyson's Sexual Alchemy for more info on that - http://noiamarkmik.net/SexualAlchemy.pdf). The benefit being that they could conduct their workings without the problems of attachment and intimacy getting in the way. Crowley, specifically, was trying to conceive... you know, it's probably best to read Tyson's book on that because I'm gonna mess it up. Also, enjoy that PDF. The book is out of print and costs well over $100 if you can find it.
John Dee also wrote a "kind of" version of the Necronomicon. It, like Lovecraft's fictional work, is based on an inverted kabbalah tree of life. A serious kind of spiritual perversion but if you think "left hand path," lol, you begin to see things as perspectives, no absolute.

If you know enough about alchemy, I'll wager your jaw will drop because just about everything you need to know to make this stuff is on Wikipedia. Newton, no less. Of course, this refers to the red and white powders in regards to the Philosopher's Stone.
