Yes, and I want more but they say I'm maxed out.
Yes, willingly.
Yes, because I was basically forced.
No, but I wish I was. (You privileged bastards.)
No, but I would if my job or similar was at stake.
No, and losing jobs wouldn't change my mind.

The older you are the less you have to worry about long term side affects.

Is that your primary reason for refusing, or is it the principle of forced medication?

I didn't see the point in taking a rushed vaccine for a sickness which had a very high survivability rate. Especially since I was someone who had covid early on, so I figured I had protection via natural immunity.

With how everything played out, I feel good in my decision.

Forced medication I do not like in this instance, but it is an interesting topic, as I never have been against requiring kids to get actual vaccines prior to school. I'm not sure if that makes me a hypocrite.

Me neither, but unfortunately that's not all there is to consider, with the powers that be forcing it upon people.

Long term risks are unknown. That separates it from established vaccines.

As for established vaccines that are considered very safe. That's a complex issue that involves individual freedom coupled with parents' rights to make decisions for their children. The trend is for society to take more ownership of children, and hence parents having less control.
