How do you eat mashed potatoes?

Plain

With butter

With sour cream and chives

With cheese

By mixing it with any other loose vegetables on your plate

On bread/rolls or in pierogies

Bonus - in the comments say if you use either a fork or a spoon to eat them

I like to eat mashed potatoes with my bare hands. If gravy is available I drink it in between giant handfuls of mashed taters.
