I didn't lose... I kept winning on a 25 dollar vanilla mastercard (prepaid). Proved I was me and here we are they just took the money I won and told me to fuck myself. I'm going to appeal but Jesus Murphy no ethics with these people.

My guess: They just don't like a person who plays and wins for fun, they want addicts who lose and keep pouring money onto their site. Aggravating people who constantly rebuy must violate terms of service aka profits

I think that might be the important part. I never had any problem with my account. I only ever put $10 in, and at the end I withdrew over a thousand.
But I also never used the chat. I was a mostly silent player.

Personally I think trash-talk is a part of the game. Inducing tilt in others is a solid strategy. But Pokerstars is out to make a profit. I'm not defending them, just clarifying where the conflict is.
They don't care if people win, because we don't take our winnings from them, and they still get the rake.

But upsetting the fish is another matter. That they care about.

I know exactly the only guy I pissed off. He was talking shit a lot but he was playing 2-3 games at a time and asking other players to buy in the next game just when we started... He'd warn me not to reraise him again and bs like that. he must be highly profitable to them and one complaint from him of a guy who doesn't need to rebuy must hit some red flag to them. I'm looking for some local action now... going to get my clock tuned a few times I'm sure but at least I'll be back into real poker
