I wont lie the first night after I gave her 1ml of baby tylenol because she was obviously achy and needed sleep. Remember the cold hadn't reared its nasty face. The following day she sat at 38 degrees and broke her first fever on her own a day later while sitting at a comfy 37.5 average until night when she went back to 36. This is a big one she's been underweight her whole life (2.5 lbs at birth) and as a parent I just had a big sigh of relief.... I was worried but she fought this one off on her own. I know it's important to let them fight so don't med them too much.

There's nothing to do about a cold, you treat the symptoms and wait for it to pass. If there's a fever, alternate ibuprofen and tylenol every 4 hours until it stops. Use Dimetapp or equivalent for the sniffles and such, generics of all of these are fine.
