You probably don't know that you know him - but you do. He's one of the members of the "Billy Joel Band." That's the band that backs Joel when he's performing, or when he is in the studio.
He's actually a fairly prolific online poster, sometimes under an assumed name but he also uses his real name when he's on certain forums.
Unlike many guitarists who have some fame and money, you can sometimes find him at various open-mic events. He just loves to compose and perform. It is in his blood, I suppose.
Anyhow, that's something of his own and not even remotely associated with Billy Joel.

Again, please don't bug him. He's pretty nice about being a public figure and I'd hate for that to end. I'm positive he'll answer questions and that that account is intentionally using his own name. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want what I call "fan gushing" to take place there.
