Paddy's Pub Music Player

Just thought I'd let our users know so they'd get it ... if they haven't figured it out on their own by now. Of course, you may still post any video format, but thought you should know about the YT thing in music player. Enjoy!

I added the Phuks music player option to Paddy's Pub yesterday. It's a cool feature here and I like it. It does only play YouTube videos at the moment and I'm not sure if admins will be able to add HookTube videos to it or not. So, though I personally prefer HT over YT because of all the Google baggage, if you don't see a video you added enter the music player queue, that's the reason. Just thought I'd let our users know so they'd get it ... if they haven't figured it out on their own by now. Of course, you may still post any video format, but thought you should know about the YT thing in music player. Enjoy!

I feel the same. I prefer to use Ht for music, except that it won't show in the player.
It's a conflict.
Similar situation with videos.

It would be nice if they could configure it for HT ... but not sure if it's possible. I hope they do though.

I would assume it is possible. Probably just swap the 'hook' for 'you' in the player.
I think it's either a design choice, or lazy developer. Maybe both?

Yeah, I've always been a hardware guy and only dabble in software, code stuff when I'm forced to, so couldn't say.
