This is maybe something to be concerned about, particularly if you plan on using it in a dim/dark room. It seems to have pretty bad backlight bleed for a VA panel. Other than that it seems pretty good, although personally I'm not really a fan of curved monitors unless they're massive and it makes sense.

Oh jeeze I'm glad you pointed that out as yeah, I more or less live in a dark cave. As far as the curve goes, I'm not sold on it. It just seems to be the newest thing so I thought I would give it a shot.

I haven't seen much about Gigabyte monitors, but the specs look great

Neither have I. It seems to have pretty positive reviews all around. With the main complaints being terms I don't quite understand.

This ticks many of the boxes for specs I'm looking for. I just don't know much about the finer details of monitors.

That's the size I'm currently using, and I don't know how much bigger I can push it without getting a new desk.

I wasn't able to find any 4k monitors that fulfilled the specs that I was looking for.

Mine are labelled BenQ and they sold at a reasonable price at the time.
