I was considering calling tech talk tuesday or something.

But I feel it could breathe some life into this sub (so its not just me in here) and give more people a place to talk about stuff they're either very competent with, or ask questions about things their unfamiliar with.

Any interest for this idea?

Sure, I'm about to setup my raspberry PI, so maybe I'll have something to discuss with that

I don't know fuck all about those, aside from they're a tiny fully functional computer with basic capabilities. So you could answer questions and myaelf as well as any lurkers could learn something.
