I did this for two weeks. I agree great weight loss potential. I noticed the most cutting out eggs. I went back because I like eating and forgetting about it for a while though I imagine it depends on your lifestyle/workstyle and weight goals.
Or just fast. I have found breakfast completely unnecessary. And I'm losing weight with minimal effort.
