I don't get how you have a constitutional right to a WH press pass. If it is a right than any US citizen should be able to waltz right up and get one. You don't even have a constitutional right to a damn driver's license.

I agree, Acosta doesn't need a press pass to publish news or opinions. Acosta isn't being prevented from reporting whatever the hell he wants.
