Huh, so... everytime a cop pulls a gun on someone and requests they put their hands up is assault?

That would surely make me apprehensive about being in immediate danger of harm.

That argument is just dumb. If you're doing something that requires an officer to draw their weapon, you've already screwed up.

Bottom line on this discussion. Acosta is an ass who isn't partaking in journalism. He's a self-aggrandizing pundit pushing an agenda. He crossed the line and deserves the repercussions.
