Good. Hopefully this case actually goes to the Supreme Court in order to make a precident that could then be applied across the nation to stop discriminatory practices that put hiring minorities above hiring qualified candidates.

The company I work for has literally started putting quotas on entry-level and internship jobs where 50% have to be women or "under represented minorities". That makes it nearly impossible to get a job if you're a white or Asian man. That practice needs to be outlawed.

It's racism against whites and asians. Remind me of my privilege again please.

My immigrant grandfather lived in a literal shack and wore hand-me-down shoes that were too small until he could work. He walked 7 miles to work everyday, never took a single day off in 42 years. He was a good man.

That's what white privilege truly is

It's amazing how far apart these institutions are from the views of the rest of the country. It's also intriguing that they constantly parrot the value of diversity (where skin color somehow magically equates with bringing something of value) while simultaneously intimidating anyone who thinks differently or suggests looking at things from a perspective that differs from their values.
