There's definitely a housing bubble again but I don't think it's as bad as it was last time, not yet at least.

They've been calling for the next crash for almost 4 years now. I remember sitting at the closing table when we were selling our house and the realtors being antsy that market would be collapsing again in the next 6 months (that was over 3 years ago).
