I used to really like this guy's work until he started running his mouth politically.

It is definitely a sign of a huge ego that entertainers think their political opinions are competent and worthy of being heard.

I remember really liking Eva Green until she chose to work w/ Roman Polanski. Talented actress w/ shit for morals. If actors/actresses just did their jobs and didn't try to be politicos I could even forgive a shitty performance.

The political stuff was all CNN, they basically perverted his travel channel show. You can hear it in all the lackluster voice overs they had him do, you can tell that wasn't his thing.

The question remains.

What did he have against Hillary Clinton?

Bourdain told People in February he felt "some responsibility" to "at least try to live" after welcoming daughter, Ariane, now 11, with ex-wife Ottavia Busia in 2007.

"I also do feel I have things to live for," Bourdain said.

As selfish as suicide is, how can his daughter digest this? Apparently she is was not worth it after all, according to him. Hopefully she'll realize her father's mental illness does not have anything to do with her value as a human being.

You inspired me to look up Autopen:

The first signature duplicating machines were developed by an Englishman named John Isaac Hawkins. Hawkins received a United States patent for his device in 1803. In 1804, Thomas Jefferson began using the device extensively

Don't worry, I'm still friends with the Goth kids from High School. Someone might have an Ouija board.

I was just watching a bunch the white house corespondent's dinner roasts and I noticed Bourdain never cracked a simile once in all the years of that event that I can find video for.

He struck me as a grumpy guy.

Its also interesting to note that his girlfriend Asia was one of the original three women that accused Weinstein of rape. It could be argued that it was Bourdain's support that lead to the girlfriend speaking out, and therefore the entire story coming to light... She apparently gave a speech at a French film festival three weeks ago describing the place as Weinstein's "hunting ground." Probably a morbid coincidence.
