I'm thinking more minimum quality vs perfect. Diamond lobbies will prabably make them have to be certified and have their methods logged and tested. More money required to get in the game. Stuff that comes out the ground can cost a lot to certify levels and labs can give very different ratings. Plus yeah, the conflict diamond thing too.
