If they make it clear that they must have nukes, then we should oblige them.

IIRC, Iran has a history of making deals on important matters (such as this) only to break them a few years down the line after the political stigma of the violation would be lessened. Trump is only forcing their hand and showing the world that it's only money and favors, as if to say that the world is their enemy if the US doesn't give them what they want.
In short, Trump is only unmasking their true intentions.
