I know they take bids for contracts outside of the company for some of their non-classified projects, so it could come down to a cheap machinist using crappy metals.

Wow I guess I some how missed those. That's quite a trip. That does make me wonder about Martin's aircraft. But why would it go south all at once? Software perhaps?
