They wont though they'd give you what the insurance company would give you if you had to total your car, or it would be a set amount for any vehicle.
Maybe stop telling everyone everyone else is out to get them? I'm guessing there may be a reason they haven't released a name/gender/race yet though...
Edit: Since I'm new here, to clarify, I have zero issues with anyone because the things they can't change, only the things they can.
I'm not sure, but I was guessing the driver was the type who doesn't eat pork... He may have done this because he had the impression that everyone hated his religion from the way the news reports things (not sure how they report in Canada). But I don't see much distinction between most people hate extremists/terrorists vs his whole religion.
I also haven't read much more about this guy because I'm traveling and he may have been Christian or something. Just the MO seemed to fit.
I wonder if there is a realistic approach to decreasing these types of attacks
