I was wondering how things were going to play out between the Kurds and the Syrian government.
It almost looks like opposition to Turkey could lead to some unity. It would be poetic if Turkeys aggression is what enables the Kurds to form an alliance with Syria that will allow them to maintain control of the region. I can see them reaching some type of 'autonomous region of Syria' compromise.
