Source is me ... I lived it for thirty-eight plus years. That's what I did before I retired, ICBMs a whole career both AF, Rockwell, and Boeing. Look up any of those subjects and they'll be ample links. START treaties, etc. The truth is out there - LOL.

iirc, we flagrantly disregarded a ban on missile defense. and other things that can't be gotten into on an open forum. that treaty has always been kind of a joke.
