The Rise of a Dictator. I think we're actually seeing that in action here, perhaps not unlike Erogdan in Turkey; I'm not overly familiar with either situation though.

Don't forget Maduro basically inherited the dictatorship from Chavez. Banning the opposition from Elections is more Putinesk then Erdogan tbh.
