This is a story I found just recently, just a few days ago, really.
Essentially, it's turning back the clock X years (so humans are living in huts and the like), and our protagonist is isolated and distanced from others in her village. As a result, she doesn't feel she belongs at all. When a traveling lady from another village comes, and says she lives in an all-girl village, the protagonist is intrigued and decides to come along, to live as one of the woman's 8(!) wives. The author says at the end he "was in the mood to draw a yuri (yuri refers to "girls love" in Japanese) harem story in the great wild". So that's how this came about.
This was fairly well done. I enjoyed the slightly slower pacing and story, although I wouldn't have minded slowing it down even further for a longer plot. But it does come out to ~100 pages, and if the biggest complaint is "it went too fast", then it's hard to be too serious about it. Most of these kinds of stories are only about 20 pages or so, so getting something this long is still nice. There's a nice little romance going on, and it's enjoyable just as it's own contained story, even though it uses characters from a previous story.
Since this is a yuri story, it's all girls, all the time. Nothing too strange goes on here, not unlike my last post on this sub.
