I understand, just found that when dealing with rednecks it's better for all parties to keep things levelheaded. Your accounts of them make it sound like they are definitely not white trash or meth heads so they should be able to be reasoned with and make decent neighbors if boundaries are established. Might need the occasional reminder of the boundaries but they should end up as cool neighbors if you keep things cordial.
