I like a lot of the sivties folk/rock/country like the Bakersfield sound. Anything that came out of California during the sixties generally gets labeled hippy music but tons of not so hippy country and country/folk rock was going on as well, I think a lot of it gets overlooked for less talented people like the Dead and some others.
