I haven't seen it so I can't comment from an informed place, however if it is like his more recent work then it's probably not well structured or evidenced and likely attempting to pander way too much. It's a shame because once he was a pretty good filmmaker who tried to capture the stories of average working class Americans.

1989's "Roger & Me" was practically a Trump ad. The whole point of the film was about how big companies like GM were shipping good-paying American jobs to Mexico, and how this was destroying American lives and communities.

And yet, by the last presidential election, Moore was campaigning for Hillary, the candidate shamelessly promoting her dream of "a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders." Moore had become the kind of creature he made his first film to stop.
