Sooo.... Business insider is printing news tips from Captain Obvious?

That's pretty much a given for any political entity with the means to do so.

I consider it noteworthy mostly in the sense that Starlink is now considered robust enough that disabling it in case of war is now a matter for public discussion instead of a bland assessment buried deep in the PLA bureaucracy

It's only notable because it's been finally been said publicly.

If a true war breaks out, there won't be any functioning satellites left after the first week. After the second week, it won't matter.
