I don't care about them not allowing hecho posts anymore, because that is something that will get the site into legal trouble at some point. It's also in our TOS too:
All images, videos or depictions of any kind that show sexually explicit or suggestive content involving children is strictly prohibited.
Not sure about the other points though. The doxxing policy has never been adhered to, and I don't think that's going to change because they just don't have the manpower to enforce anything like that.
Getting community support for every rule change is total bullshit, because there are certain rules that need to be put in place to improve the quality of content on some subs, and the rules won't be popular with Voat as a whole, so mods won't be able to put the rules in place. There are also a lot of subs that have no discussion, so no rule discussions will be able to happen. Plus, there are some subs that only the mods post in, so it's kind of unfair to impose rule changes on the mods when they've basically grown the sub from nothing in the first place.
Moderators that control generic subverses must allow free conversation to occur and not stifle it, unless clearly defined upon subverse creation.
If someone like sanegoat is commenting on everything in your sub with retarded shit, you should be able to delete it even if there isn't a rule there that prevents it. Mods have to put up with your shit on a daily basis just because you think your free speech gives you the right to be a complete cunt on subs and offer nothing of merit to any discussion that takes place.
