Looks to me as though they're trying to get rid of the sub. In the past, they have made a decision on removing mods of subs and putting new ones in without too much user interaction, and they have never directly asked if a sub should be left to rot before.

The fact that the conversation can not be had without it being anon says a lot about the decline of Voat's community.

Same here if you've pre-registered (requires ID). I'm assuming that an individuals name does not appear on that ballot unless they are a citizen of that respective community?

You must be a citizen to apply to be on the electoral roll yes.

And must you prove your citizenship on the application? If so, that is the point I am making. Your vote is still protected and everyone is limited to one. An individual could not easily add voices aka votes that did not exist in the first place and would be hard pressed to steal those that did. That discussion they're having is basically for nought because it could be a discussion between 50 individuals and you'd never really know.
