Isn't Ohio one of the more consistent states for Libertarians? Never a huge amount but always pretty consistent voting numbers.

Well in 2014 there was a problem with the libertarian candidate's signatures for ballot access and he was pulled from the ballot.

I couldn't really say how we do historical vs other states but I looked at 2010's numbers and libertarians received almost 100k votes. Not bad all things considered for that election.

I may be thinking back to the late '90s when the LP wasn't getting ballot access in all 50 states.

That seems to be one thing Republicans and democrats are able to work together on, shutting down threats to their two party system.
