I've been planning on writing up a Language of the Month for June 1st and it's been quite difficult for me, so I just wanted to write this to prove I haven't died yet. Nevertheless, what language do you find interesting, but is something you will probably not learn?

For me, that language is Japanese. I used to take Karate lessons as a kid, so the language always interested me a bit. However, I've a few languages that interest me more, have a richer history with my family/friends, and are far easier and more relevant to my life. (Dutch, German, and Indonesian)

Perhaps one day I'll seriously consider learning Japanese.

Sanskrit/Hindu. There are so many variations of the spoken language. The script (Sanskrit) just looks tough.
