Pacific Northwest of the US. I haven't seen cicada killers here. But mud dabbers, are the most terrifying thing to ever fly. They look like their 7 inches long with a 3 inch stinger. It's absolute madness. Nice to finnally know that they are more intimidating than they actually are.

EDIT! I WAS JUST INFORMED WE ALSO HAVE CICADA KILLERS AND I AM GOING TO BURN THE FORESTS DOWN

An angry European wasp is the nastiest I have had to deal with. And that's nowhere near that size.
