sheesh... I don't stand for it at all.... It's gotten bad eh? I'm in Ontario but worked in Alberta to learn my trades.... the Taco Bell in Fort McMurray is all filipino... they never got our damn order even close.... Tim horton's got so bad we just decided to buy the damn chicken sandwhich the Filipino was always guessing when we asked about wraps.... it was really... bad... lol

I'm trying to imagine Filipenos trying to talk to Newfies, and both wondering if the other is speaking English.

There's no such thing as a 'minority' in Van anymore..

I don't mind it. Actually I love it. The food, the extra holidays, exotic looking women. Mmm..
But, only when they reasonably integrate. When they cluster, or really any immigrant that does not want to identify as Canadian, I would prefer they get the fuck out.
I am 100% in favour of merit based immigration. But they have to want it, and earn it. This bullshit of opening up a welfare state to abuse by those who bring only conflict, malice, and poverty, needs to stop.
My neighborhood is less than 5% born here. This is one of the good (in terms of immigration) areas though, they integrated. My street is like a UN convention, every colour and language represented. But we interact, and get along, and the whole street roars when the Canucks score.
But there are many cluster areas elsewhere, and the clustering is getting out of hand. There is a new Muslim infection a few blocks away that opposes integration.
Those are the ones I oppose. We're saving them today, so that they can destroy us tomorrow.

I'm fine with the food and culture... but they do this cluster thing you speak of and try to keep us out... it harms Canada and even our neighbourhoods when they can do it... I do love China town on Spadina but I don't want it everywhere...
