good observation... the original is from barenakedislam.com. Bonnie found it. They said something before the beginning of the recording to set him off from what I've read. I agree he's thuggish but this is all the footage there is from the encounter.

Judging from the video alone, it looks more like the Russian is the thug.
The beige guys don't appear aggressive at all, one even has his hands in his pockets.
The Russian seems agitated and is displaying aggressive body language from the start.
I really don't know anything without context, but the video does not look like it matches the title.
